Pricing is modular. Platform licensing is recurring (per seat, per month). Implementation, migration, and research are separate one-time or project-based engagements. This means you pay for exactly what you need.

Can we start with a smaller team and scale?

Absolutely. Most clients start with a core TA team on Professional, prove value, then expand to Enterprise as adoption grows. Seat additions are seamless with no data migration needed.

What does industry tuning actually involve?

Our team works with your domain experts to calibrate the platform's intelligence — evaluation criteria, terminology, seniority structures, compensation benchmarks, and matching weights. This is what makes Grafa understand the difference between a tunneling engineer and a structural engineer.

Is the research & talent onboarding mandatory?

No. It's a separate engagement for organizations that want to build a proprietary researched talent database. If you already have quality data, migration and standardization may be sufficient.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual commitments come with preferred pricing. Multi-year agreements are available for Enterprise and Enterprise Plus tiers.

What about data security and compliance?

Every workspace is fully isolated — separate data, intelligence context, and access controls. Enterprise Plus includes compliance packaging, audit trails, and private cloud or on-premise deployment options.
